1. What kind of clothing does Yellowow Pakistan offer?
Yellowow Pakistan offers a curated range of ready-to-wear outfits including luxury pret, casual wear, and seasonal collections. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to reflect modern style with a touch of tradition.
2. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your preferred item and size, and click “Add to Cart.” Follow the secure checkout process to complete your order.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. For online payments, we support credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets (where available).
4. How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days within Pakistan. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to stay updated.
5. Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes! We offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery for size issues or defective items. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please read our full Exchange Policy for details.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. However, international shipping is coming soon, so stay tuned!
7. How can I check my size?
Each product page includes a size chart to help you choose the right fit. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact our support team before placing your order.
8. What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and share pictures of the item. We’ll arrange an exchange as soon as possible.
9. Are your products restocked once sold out?
Some designs are limited editions and may not be restocked. Follow us on social media and subscribe to our newsletter to get updates on restocks and new arrivals.
